Fielder Hits Brewers’ Only RBI Against Peavy

Milwaukee 1B Prince Fielder was one of the only Brewers to have a decent day at the plate Saturday against Jake Peavy and the Padres. Fielder drove in the only run of the game — the Brew Crew won 1-0 — as he went 1-for-3 with a double. He added a walk. Fielder hit only .228 in August and hasn’t begun September much better. He’s obviously not this bad, but he’s not the MVP candidate we saw last year either. Consider him on the low end more than the high end of No. 1 Fantasy 1B. Still, he’s got a lot of power.
