Headley Tries To Rebound from Post-ASB Slump
Padres rookie OF Chase Headley, in a 4-for-28 (.143) slump since the All-Star break, went 2-for-4 with a double, a run scored and an RBI on Friday at Pittsburgh. The double was only his second extra-base hit of the second half. Headley is an elite young talent and definitely a sleeper in deeper Fantasy leagues. Like most young players, though, he’ll have his share of cold stretches. Hopefully, Friday’s performance is a sign of him heating up. (CBS Sports)
